Project Introduction: The valve hall used the all steel structure system ,steel shoring column+ steel roof truss as the supporting system; the roof system used the purl in steel roof(profiled sheet steel roof),the structure was composited by the trapezoid steel roof truss、steel purlin、horizontal bracing、vertical batter stud. The span of the roof truss is 34.1m, the largest spacing of the roof is 12.5m, the connection of the upper and bottom chord bar and the steel column is rigid connection.
Honghua has the capability to produce complicated equipment steel structures. The products involve: power equipments, petroleum equipment, chemical equipment, cement plant equipments and mining equipments.
Since the end of 2008, our company has produced more than 240 sets of power equipments for Braden Manufacturing LLC US and Braden Europe, which customers include America’s General Electric(GE), Germany’s Siemens and France’s Alstom. The difference between these equipment and general steel structures is: (1)this type of equipment is more complicated, and most welds can only performed manually, so the requirement for workers’ ability, especially for welders’ ability, is very strict; (2)most components are bolted connection, so the requirement of the dimension, especially the connected holes on the interface, is very strict. The equipment production standards include AWS, ASME, EN etc.
Meanwhile, our company has produced many sets of petroleum equipments,chemical equipment, cement plant equipment, coal mining equipments and other ancillary equipments for domestic and foreign companies.

Huayu is a heavy-steel processing base that covers an area of 0.15 million square meter. Hongfa is a light-steel processing base with an area of 0.11 million square meter. The annual production capacity of two bases can reach 0.15 million tons.
Honghua can fabricate and install both high-rising building steel structure (such as commercial office buildings, hotels, high-rise residential ) and space building steel structure(like airport, exhibition center and stadium).
